The makers of the movie ‘Dabangg 2’ released the upcoming movie’s trailer on the Bigg Boss TV show over the weekend. After the trailer was released, it immediately created a buzz on the internet. ‘Dabangg 2’ is the sequel of the 2010 movie ‘Dabangg’.
Soon after its televised release, the video was also made available on the video streaming site YouTube. Big Boss host Salman Khan, who also plays the lead character in the movie, released the Dabangg 2 trailer along with his brother Arbaaz Khan.
Arbaaz will be making his directorial debut with the new movie. The trailer took the internet by storm as it got hundreds of clicks from Salman ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ Khan fans.
‘Bodyguard’ actor Salman Khan and ‘Rowdy Rathore’ actress Sonakshi Sinha had both appeared in the movie’s first edition and have been retained for its sequel. Once again the ‘Veer’ actor will be playing the role Chulbul Pandey, while Sonakshi will be seen playing his wife. The trailer hints that the sequel will add a little more romance, action and comedy, building on the formula which was used effectively by the first movie.
Malaika Arora, who is also one of the producers of the movie is rumored to have a surprise appearance in the flick. Actress Kareena Kapoor has recently shot an item song for the movie as well. Prakash Raj of Singham fame will be appearing as a villain.
