The makers and lead actors of the film Padmaavat are currently enjoying the successful release of the film and also its successful run at the box office. While Deepika Padukone celebrated with a lip smacking Rajasthani Thali at a restaurant, Shahid Kapoor landed at a theatre where the show of Padmaavat was going on.
Shahid looked handsome in a black t-shirt, black ripped denims and a blue denim jacket with black sneakers. The Jab We Met actor was all smiles and waved for the fans at the theatre.
Shahid is seen playing the role of Maharawal Ratan Singh in the film while Deepika plays his wife Rani Padmini. Ranveer Singh plays the role of Alauddin Khilji. The film is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and has been through a lot of controversies since the time it went on floors.
Padmaavat has finally got a nod from the Censor Board as well as the Supreme Court and was released in theatres on January 25, 2018.
