Indian actor Aayushmann Khurrana is ready to be back in the sequel of the film Dream Girl which was released in 2019. The makers of the film Dream Girl 2 have released the official trailer which is nothing but a laugh riot. This time the film has Ananya Pandey as the love interest of Aayushmann. Going by the trailer, this time Aayushmann’s character has to set some standards to meet the needs of Ananya’s father with a bank balance of Rs. 25 lakhs in six months.
Now everyone knows how Karam Singh earned money in the earlier movie and is now ready to take up the same work to new levels. Singh is now ready to take back the profession of wooing men while disguising as a woman. The transformation of Karam as a woman in the sequel looks stunning. But soon things begin to complicate as a man falls in love with the Dream Girl. The entire trailer is an entertainment package and has shown Aayushmann beautiful like never before. The official trailer has also shown Annu Kapoor in an interesting role with some fun elements.
The film is helmed by Raaj Shandilya and Dream Girl 2 is ready to be released in theatres on August 25, 2023. Dream Girl 2 is bank rolled by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures and also stars Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Manoj Joshi, Seema Pahwa, Rajpal Yadav and others. Karam Singh continues to be a struggler in the sequel as well and this time it is expected to be nothing less than a laugh riot as things are going to get more interesting.
It will be interesting for the audience to see the chemistry between Ananya Pandey and Aayushmann Khurrana on the silver screens. The makers were earlier expected to release the film in June 2023 but postponed due to unknown reasons.
