Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue will soon be unveiled after the release of her movie ‘Ra.One’ opposite Shahrukh Khan. The movie ‘Ra.One’ will be released on 26th October and Kareena will be leaving for UK the very next day to unveil her wax statue at Madame Tussauds.
Apart from unveiling her wax statue, Kareena will also be inaugurating the global exhibition in which the wax statues of the Bollywood stars would taken to the six cities across the globe to be shown off. Some of the Bollywood stars who have been made in to wax statues at Madame Tussauds, include Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan.
Due to this Kareena will not be able to attend the Toronto premiere of the movie ‘Ra.One’. Reports have said that Kareena’s mother Babita will also be accompanying her daughter in UK for unveiling the statue.
Certain media reports have said that the statue was supposed to be released by the second week of October, but was postponed due to the death of Saif Ali Khan’s father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. There are possibilities that the wax statue of Kareena would be having the ‘Chameli’ look from the movie in which she had played the role of a sex worker.
