Indian actor Jimmy Shergill, known for playing the role of a possessive lover in ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ series, has got the highest votes for the best actor in negative role for his movie ‘Fugly’. Jimmy has played a variety of roles in Bollywood including a chocolate boy in ‘Mohabbattein’ and a serious character in ‘A Wednesday’.
Shergill expressed his joy and said, “I am extremely glad that my hardwork is getting paid off, it feels wonderful that audiences have accepted me in my every character and given so much love and appreciation. I hope to continue entertaining them.”
The actor has also managed to win the hearts of the audience in some of the cameo roles in the movies like ‘Munnabhai MBBS’, ‘My Name Is Khan’ and ‘Hum Tum’.
