TV actress Shweta Tiwari recently announced that she is all set to marry her longtime boyfriend Abhinav Kohli. This will be the second marriage for Shweta and she is already a mother to a teenage daughter Palak. The date of the wedding is yet-to-be-fixed, but the actress said that the ceremony will take place in July 2013.
The announcement was made by Shweta on the reality show ‘Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa’, while Abhinav and her daughter Palak were also present. The actress said, “Since my grandfather is not keeping well, we haven’t been able to decide on a date. We will fix one soon. It will be a mix of North Indian and Punjabi wedding complete with mehendi, sagaai, haldi and sangeet.”
When asked how will she be able to take the time from her busy schedule to fix the wedding date, Shweta jokingly said that judging by her graph on ‘Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa’, she will not be able to stay on the show much longer. The actress went on to say that she knows that her schedule is tight, but her family somehow manages to handle everything. Tiwari also said that her family is aware of the fact that she never compromises when it comes to her work.
