Lead actors Ishaan Khatter and Malavika Mohanan launched the official trailer of the film Beyond The Clouds at an event in Mumbai on January 29, 2018. The launch event also saw the presence of the Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi, academy winning composer A R Rahman, Ishaan’s mother Neelima Azeem and others.
Ishaan at the launch event looked excited and happy for his debut film and looked great in a black t-shirt and camouflage pants. Malayalam actress Malavika too looked stunning in a silver studded lehenga.
Ishaan at the trailer launch was asked about people he took suggestions from before signing such a film to which she said, “I took my mom’s (Neelima Azim) suggestion for the film and then it was my brother Shahid Kapoor that I went to. Shahid said that just listen to your heart.” The young actor added that he also took Karan Johar’s suggestion as he is also doing Dhadak.
Ishaan looked great in the trailer and has mastered the tapori language in Mumbai. Beyond the Clouds is ready to be released in theatres on March 23, 2018.
