Bollywood Garam: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, apart from acting has decided to help husband Raj Kundra in his real estate venture. On 5th October, the actress launched a website on behalf of Raj’s venture with a leading construction company.
The website www.grouphomebuyer.com went live on Wednesday and would help the citizens to search for their dream home in the locality of their choice. Moreover, the users would also get to purchase their homes at discounted rates.
At the launch, Shilpa said that having a house of their own is everyone’s wish, but the rising costs of the homes are becoming a hindrance in the fulfillment of the wish. Shetty added that the market watchers have warned that the real estate purchases and sales have dipped and so they have decided to become the catalysts for the buyers and the sellers.
Shilpa added that the company would make bulk purchases in the developing properties and would offer them to the buyers at reasonable costs. The actress added that as bulk purchases are always cost effective, they are using the idea here. The website that was launched would also help the uses to get home insurance, home loans and also furniture at reasonable costs. The 36-year-old actress said that they would also offer virtual tours to the buyers so that they do not feel cheated.
