Popular model Karishma Kotak left the house of Bigg Boss after her father’s demise. Kotak was also nominated this week for elimination. Last evening, the model was called in the confession room and was informed that her father’s condition was critical. On hearing the news, the model left the house immediately. She had spent four weeks with the other contestants in the house.
The actress’ father was suffering from liver sclerosis, and passed away last evening. The information was let out in a statement from the broadcasting channel Colours on November 1, 2012.
Karishma was nominated for elimination this week, and the other contestants who were also eliminated included Gulab Gang leader Sampat Pal, cartoonist Aseem Trivedi and hairstylist Sapna Bhavnani. So far, the show has not taken any controversial or questionable turns, and has been entertaining enough for the audience. The makers of the show are sticking to their word of keeping the show a family affair. The reality show began airing on October 7, 2012, with 15 contestants locked in the Big Boss house. So far, Bhojpuri actor Dinesh Yadav, common man Kashif Qureshi and actress Sayantani Ghosh have been evicted from the house.
