The new motion poster of Half Girlfriend shows a complicated relationship between Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor
Lead actor of Half Girlfriend, Shraddha Kapoor plays the role of Riya Somani who is DU girl and plays basketball. She is in a complicated relationship with Madhav Jha (Arjun Kapoor) and the two look just like lost strangers in a big city.
On April 2, Shraddha unveiled the second official movie poster of her upcoming movie, Half Girlfriend on her Twitter account.

Both actors have an expression of loss and pain on their face and by the looks of it, it seems like this love story may not have a happy ending.
Even Arjun Kapoor shared the movie’s second poster on his Twitter account and quoted – “A relationship status you will not deny.”

Just a few days ago, the first movie poster of Half Girlfriend was released and it made quite some headlines due to it’s stark resemblance to the official movie poster of Shraddha’s Aashiqui 2.

Half Girlfriend is based on Chetan Bhagat’s hit novel, Half Girlfriend and the movie marks his debut as a movie producer. However, film makers have taken some liberty with teh story line and changes have been made. Directed by Mohit Suri, the movie releases on May 19, 2017.
