Seems like Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has not yet come out of her character in the movie ‘The Dirty Picture’. The actress on December 5, wore a burkha and dared to go amidst the audience to catch the first hand reaction of her fans.
Balan was accompanied by her father and sat at the upper stall of the Mumbai theatre in Bandra area. At the first half of the movie, the actress had covered her face.
During the interval, Vidya took off the face cover to talk to her father as most of the spectators had gone to get refreshments. But then one of the moviegoer noticed the actress and shouted ‘Vidya Balan’.
Poor Vidya had to immediately leave the place so as to avoid any further chaos. ‘The Dirty Picture’ was released on December 2, 2011 and is based on the life of the south actress Silk Smitha. Balan in the movie is seen playing the role of the chubby actress and this is said to be the boldest role Vidya has ever played. Till now the movie has been well received by the audience and is running successfully in the theatres. The movie also has Tusshar Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi and Naseeruddin Shah.
