Salman Khan shared the first official movie poster for Tubelight on social media and fans are thrilled with his look
After teasing us for the last few days with short trailers and movie posters, Salman Khan has finally dropped not only the latest poster, but his look for Tubelight. And it totally looks like a completely different on screen avatar of the actor!
Salman is dressed in a buttoned down checked shirt and sleeveless sweater, coupled with a pair of boots that hang about his neck. The premise of the movie is about war-torn India and China during the Indo-Sino war that took place in the ’60s. The poster reads, “Kya tumhe yakeen hai?” Salman Khan shared the image on his Twitter page, with the caption: “Peace, Respect, Love and Light in your life from the Tubelight team”.
The trailer that was released for the upcoming flick featured the voices of the children from Salman’s Galaxy Apartments. Since Salman adores children and is adored by them as well, he likes to involve the little ones in his movies. Yesterday, Bollywood Garam also reported about the first movie poster released for Tubelight that showed only the back of the lead actor of the film.
The film is an ode to the war and should be bloodier than what we are used to from Salman’s masaledaar films. Of course, Bhaijaan will play his usual loveable character in this one as well. But expect it to be intense.
Tubelight stars Salman Khan, his brother Sohail Khan and the late Om Puri. It will also be the Bollywood debut for Chinese film actress Zhu Zhu. It is being produced by the man himself, and directed by Kabir Khan. The film will be released on Eid, which is considered auspicious for the actor.
Salman Khan’s latest film, though, is an animated movie that he has lent his voice to. He plays Hanuman in Hanuman Da Damdaar which will feature the epic god in a more superhero way, rather than a mythological character.
