After the success of the popular item song ‘Shiela Ki Jawani’ from the movie ‘Tees Maar Khan’, Katrina is once again ready to spread her magic with another item number for the upcoming movie ‘Agneepath’. Film maker Karan Johar announced on Twitter that the actress will be doing a full item song named ‘Chikni Chameli’.
Looking at the success of the song ‘Shiela Ki Jawani’, there are high expectations from the upcoming song with an interesting title like ‘Chikni Chameli’. The movie ‘Agneepath’ is the remake of the classical movie with the same name that had the actor Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.
In the remake, actor Hrithik Roshan will be seen playing the lead role, while actress Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing the female lead role. The other cast in the movie include Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor.
The movie is directed by debutant director Karan Malhotra and is all set to be released on 26th January 2012. The song ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ was choreographed by Farah Khan, who had also directed the movie. The movie had Akshay Kumar in the lead role. The shooting of the remake of ‘Agneepath’ took place in many of the exotic locations of Hong Kong, UK, Dubai and India.
